MAIN ELEMENTS

For the point of view of management and organisation there are a few key elements in military organisations as in any organisation. First is a solid command concept that is translated into all elements of the organisation. The Prussian/German army had Auftragstaktik with its decentralization of decision making as command concept. This command concept made high demands on the various organizational elements, especially the officers and men. For our purpose we translate it into the following elements:
